How can I place a marble product order?
Select the product you like on our website, choose the marble type and available options, then fill out the “Share your details, we will contact you shortly” form. Our sales team will review your request and contact you to complete the order.
How long does it take to deliver custom orders?
Delivery times vary depending on the product and design.
Custom marble sinks and tables: typically 4–8 weeks
Larger pieces such as fireplace mantels and bathtubs: approximately 6–10 weeks
These timelines refer to production only; shipping time is calculated separately.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the shipment in real time.
Do you offer a discount for bank wire payments?
We accept major credit cards and bank wire transfers. Customers who complete payment via bank wire receive a 5% special discount.

Can I request custom dimensions or designs?
Yes. Most of our products are fully customizable. Sizes, finishes, and styles can be tailored to your preferences.
How do I start a custom design order?
Simply complete the “Share your details, we will contact you shortly” form on any product page. Our design team will reach out to discuss dimensions, marble selection, and design preferences.
Can I see a sample before production?
Yes. Upon request, we can provide small marble samples so you can evaluate color and veining before final approval.
📌 Process (Production)
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are handcrafted using stone extracted from our own quarries. Production takes place at our factory in Afyonkarahisar and our slab and block facility in Konya. Our headquarters and sales support center are located in Istanbul.
What craftsmanship and technology do you use?
We combine advanced technology with traditional craftsmanship. Precision cutting is done using CNC machines and KUKA robots, and each piece is hand-polished or honed for a silky finish.
Do you only use natural stone?
Yes. All products are carved from genuine marble, travertine, and other natural stones.
Are natural variations considered defects?
No. Variations in veining, texture, and color are inherent characteristics of natural stone and are not considered defects.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
When will I receive my order?
Large items such as fireplace mantels are shipped by sea and typically arrive within 6–7 weeks
Smaller items are shipped by air, and most free-shipping orders are delivered within 4–6 days after dispatch
Which shipping methods do you use?
We ship via air, land, and sea freight. All items are crated and insured for safe delivery.
Will I have to pay customs duties or VAT?
Customs duties and any additional taxes vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Each marble piece is professionally crated and protected with foam. All shipments are insured for safe transport.
Do you guarantee safe delivery?
Yes. If your order arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
How do I report shipping damage?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is any damage, contact us immediately and email photos along with a description to our support team.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes. Products with manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Natural variations in veining and color are not considered defects.
How long do I have to report an issue?
Any manufacturing-related issues must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
Is shipping damage covered under warranty?
Yes. All products are crated, insured, and shipped with breakage protection.

How should I clean my marble sink or bathtub?
Clean marble surfaces regularly with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners.
Should I seal or coat my marble?
Yes. Protective sealers help prevent staining and wear. Modern sealers typically last 3–5 years.
How can I prevent staining and wear?
Marble reacts with acidic substances, so wipe up spills immediately and avoid harsh cleaning products.
Are polished surfaces more prone to staining?
Compared to polished marble, honed (matte) marble has a smooth, non-glossy finish and tends to show water spots and fingerprints more easily.
Can marble be used in kitchens or wet areas?
Yes, but it requires proper care. Marble is sensitive to staining, scratching, and wear, so we recommend using cutting boards and cleaning spills promptly.

Each marble block is unique. Natural variations in color and veining are expected and are part of the stone’s beauty.
What is the difference between polished and honed marble?
Honed marble has a smooth, matte appearance, while polished marble has a glossy finish. Polished surfaces tend to show stains more easily.
Is polished marble slippery when wet?
Yes. Polished surfaces can become slippery when wet.
Does marble develop a patina over time?
Yes. With use, marble naturally develops a soft sheen known as patina.
What is textured or tumbled marble?
It is marble that has undergone a mechanical tumbling process, resulting in rougher edges and an aged, antique appearance.
